Teaching hour:
1. Opening Explain in a maximum of 3 minutes the goals and expected results of this exercise: - what and why is learned. Answer the question why micro-learning is suitable for education in the current social circumstances.
2. Mini lesson - maximum 5 minutes Introduction: Micro learning - basics Define micro learning, basic concept, advantages and disadvantages. Context: Pay attention to the implications of working in an environment of different available technologies. Activities: Focus on selecting the concept of micro learning for the welding area and the STEM area. Working material (suggestion or personal choice): - proposal: Exercise 2_1, Exercise 2_2
3. Working hours - 32 minutes - practical activities and discussions Work on the topic - 22 minutes 5 groups of 2 participants work on the selection of the concept of micro-learning and the applied technology for this activity. Discussion - 10 minutes Each group presents their conclusions in 1 minute. All conclusions are discussed for the last 5 minutes.
4. Assessment. Quiz - 3 minutes - multiple choice questions (maximum 10 questions)
Closing remarks The model of the workshop that will give the optimal result in the creation of new competencies of the participants is the application of the flipped classroom with micro-learning on social media and constructivist approach with cognitive scaffolding.
