How to conduct it | Operationalization: WORKSHOP: Possibilities, advantages and disadvantages of micro teaching, training and learning with technology Teaching hour: 1. Opening Explain in a maximum of 3 minutes the goals and expected results of this exercise: - what and why is learned. Answer the question why micro-learning is suitable for education in the current social circumstances. 2. Mini lesson - maximum 5 minutes Introduction: Micro learning - basics Define micro learning, basic concept, advantages and disadvantages. Context: Pay attention to the implications of working in an environment of different available technologies. Activities: Focus on selecting the concept of micro learning for the welding area and the STEM area. Working material (suggestion or personal choice): - proposal: Exercise 2_1, Exercise 2_2 3. Working hours - 32 minutes - practical activities and discussions Work on the topic - 22 minutes 5 groups of 2 participants work on the selection of the concept of micro-learning and the applied technology for this activity. Discussion - 10 minutes Each group presents their conclusions in 1 minute. All conclusions are discussed for the last 5 minutes. 4. Assessment. Quiz - 3 minutes - multiple choice questions (maximum 10 questions) |
Closing remarks | The model of the workshop that will give the optimal result in the creation of new competencies of the participants is the application of the flipped classroom with micro-learning on social media and constructivist approach with cognitive scaffolding. |
