How to conduct it Operationalization:
WORKSHOP: Application of a new didactic model on realized case studies or examples of good practices.
Preparation: Micro lesson on Facebook group 5 to 7 days ago. Group discussion: student - student, teacher - student, teacher - group. Brainstorming.
Micro lesson topic: Exercise 10_1, Creating a new didactic model Work material: all previously used materials
Teaching hour:
1. Synthesis of micro lesson preparation - 5 minutes The facilitator submits a report on the discussion on the Facebook group - 2 minutes Joint resolution of possible doubts - 3 minutes.
2. Work on topics - 22 minutes - Individuals independently choose the topic from the exercise that they will summarize in a micro lesson.
3. Presentation of topics - 15 minutes - Each individual presents their topic within one minute. - The next 5 minutes are for discussion and conclusions.
4. Assessment - 3 minutes: Quiz - multiple choice questions (maximum 10 questions)
Closing remarks The model of the workshop that will give the optimal result in the creation of new competencies of the participants is the application of the flipped classroom with micro-learning on social media and constructivist approach with cognitive scaffolding.
