The trainee playing the teacher/trainer will need to identify these characteristics and plan a classroom that suits each learner’s characteristics, in order to allow him/her to be more autonomous and motivated to learn. By the end of the exercise, the plan will be discussed with all workshop participants for exchange of ideas and experiences that can be fruitful for them in a real scenario.
