A brainstorm session to discuss the structure and contents of the Pedagogical Guideline for EWF System (IO5)
Another WELDONE meeting, another achievement for the project! Partners gathered not only to discuss the main purposes of the assessment tools to be developed in the scope of the project’s IO4 (WELDONE Assessment Methods) in the upcoming months, to be included in the Train of Trainers Curricula, but also to make an overview of the exercises and best practices elaborated by partners in the scope of IO3 (How to get WELDONE). These materials will be crucial for the implementation of the Train of Trainers, aimed at teachers and trainers from EWF Qualification System and STEM Educators.
At the end of the meeting, partners were engaged in a brainstorming session to discuss the structure and contents for the Pedagogical Guideline for EWF Training System (IO5), a policy recommendation document aimed at providing information to EWF members on the added value of WELDONE innovative approach to EWF Qualification System, which will lead to great achievements for teachers/ trainers, trainees and, ultimately, to Companies.
